Пришла быстро. Ход мягкий, плавный. Люфты есть но не критично(особенно если учесть стоимость катушки). У основания ручки был отломал кусочек пластика и отломался он не при транспортировке (т.к. кусочка не было в коробке и упакованном пакете). Упакована кстати была хорошо. Но продавец отправил новую ручку так что все норм. Пример намотки шнура смотри на фото. Катушка пришла вместе со шнуром(его и намотал). Продавца рекомендую.
