Роллер простейшей конструкции - алюминиевая трубка, 2 пластиковых колеса, 2 ручки из мягкого пластика. Подшипников нет, поэтому соединение трубки и колес будет истираться со временем, возможно стоит затолкать смазки туда. Цена явно завышена, за эту цену можно купить более интересные модели. К продавцу и доставке претензий нет, отработали на отлично.

Цена завышена, качество хорошее. Время покажет. Сразу смазал трущиеся поверхности литолом, чтобы уменьшить трение между металлическим штоком и пластиком колес. Посылка шла 2 месяца до Челябинска.

Доставка из России очень быстрая, 3 дня!!! Ролик хороший, удобный. Из минусов - при катании колеса расшатываются и приходится опять ручками их зажимать, чтобы колеса друг к другу прижались опять, это раздражает.

Неплохое колесо правда надписи xiaomi ни на коробке ни на колесе негде нет. Простейшая конструкция собирается очень быстро. На колёсах слева и справа есть зацепы с помощью них можно поставить колеса ближе и дальше др от друга.

A roda é larga o suficiente e tem um diâmetro grande o suficiente para que o cilindro fique estável ao fazer exercícios oblíquos. Well built and economical compared with others. Item works as advertised: after using for 1.5 months every (other) day doing 20 revs, my stomach muscles are getting transformed. A large muscle mass is now visible right below my rib cage above my stomach! I am starting to see 6-pack "outline" even with my mini pot belly! Additionally, I can feel tightening in my bicepts that feels very good. I should mention additional stamina is now experienced during private times, especially missionary (to say the least) - feels like I get extra boost from my core area to keep going lol. I definitely plan on using daily especially that the initial muscle pain is gone. Loving the product!

Bem, parece meio estranho estar dando um depoimento sobre algo que causa um grande desconforto, mas como esse é o propósito do ab wheel, acho que farei. A superfície de borracha na roda faz um bom trabalho de não deslizar, mesmo no piso de concreto de nossa garagem. A montagem foi fácil e, pelo curto período de tempo que a tive, os punhos da roda ab provaram ser seguros e antiderrapantes. Pelo preço, essa coisa vale bem o dinheiro.

My core is fairly weak so even after some simple use of this my abs were sore for the next few days. Im pretty excited about incorporating this regularly into my workouts. Easiest thing I've ever assembled and it came with a few bonus items (didnt pay much attention to what I was buying but an added bonus none the less). Works as you would expect, nothing missing or anything I would change or add to it. And the seller is phenomenal!

This was easy to put together and very sturdy. I like the rubber traction on it. Others just have hard plastic on the edge so it slips. This rubber makes it easier to use the roller anywhere, especially with the foam knee pad. I took it to work and we can use it on the tile floors in our office without a problem. The knee pad is great even on tile. Came with two comprehensive eBooks - one for nutrition, add the other an instruction guide. Gives great instruction on proper use so you don't hurt yourself.
